I’m going to start something new monthly now. At the beginning of the month I will post an Organizing Bug Round Up full of all kinds of great ideas to help you get organized that my readers have shared with me. I’m also going to start posting them on Instagram, so make sure you go over and follow me! Here’s July’s Organizing Bug Round Up – Enjoy!
Kelli has a great solution for sending artwork to school with your child and for storing it – use a paper towel roll! Thank you for sharing this, Kelli!
Melissa from Stockpiling Moms has a great solution for her son’s LEGO obsession. I would definitely build shelves to avoid stepping on LEGOs in the middle of the night! Thanks for sharing, Melissa!
Here, Heather has a great solution for storing her cookbooks and utilizing the above cabinet space in her kitchen! What a great way to use up space you may otherwise not use! Thanks, Heather!
Here’s another great idea from Heather – use an over-the-door basket system to get those papers off the kitchen counter until you are ready to file it – or deal with it!
Kelly, who is a mama to 6, is often in the car. Mondays are super busy for her at night and she doesn’t even have time to drive through a fast food line to grab dinner!
Instead, for dinner, Kelly makes a hearty crock pot meal and keeps it plugged in her car during the day. She also brings a cooler full of milk and fresh, cut up fruit to keep her family full, as well as her bank account! Such a great idea – thanks for sharing, Kelly!
I love how Sherry uses this over-the-door organize to corral her son’s ever-growing baseball hat collection! Makes it easier to pick them out and keeps them off the floor, couch, bed, etc.! Thank you, Sherry!
Kim uses this ribbon box to add a little pizzazz to her kitchen and to corral all the electronic cords that can quickly take over your kitchen counters! This is a great idea that I know we all could use! Thank you for sharing, Kim!
Whenever I organize my clients, I use two different colored trash bags; one is white for trash, and the other is black for donations. Use any door to separate the bags and keep them off the floor and out of your way!
