Summary/Purpose:

To provide support to the Organize 365 Team to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. They will wear multiple hats and hop in and out of departments as needed to keep the everyday flow of the company running smoothly. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, detail oriented, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the Organize 365 Team.

Primary Responsibilities:

This individual must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment. They will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. 

They have excellent professionalism and are able to politely redirect visitors who do not have an appointment and make visitors feel welcome in the office.

Other responsibilities, include but not limited to are:

  • Complete all aspects of product fulfillment from ordering to shipping.
  • Organize and replenish inventory
  • Provides administrative assistance to the leadership team
  • Handles event planning and assisting with ad-hoc projects as needed, aid with other special projects, tasks, and deliverables
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple interruptions, and adjust priorities accordingly
  • Be discreet and trustworthy—you’ll be dealing with a lot of confidential and sensitive information

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 30 pounds 

Status: This is a part-time hourly position 9am - 1pm (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday)

Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour
