This week on the podcast, I am super excited to share my conversation with Courtney Carver - the founder of Project 333. Courtney is a minimalist who challenges people to live with just 33 items in their closet for 3 months at a time. I am including this in our conversation about discovering YOU. Clothing can be such an important way of self expression - especially in certain seasons of life. For others, minimizing clothing choices and wearing a simplified uniform can reduce necessary decisions. No matter which way you fall, different ways of thinking and organizing can help us to understand our own mindsets.

As many of you know from my Instagram stories, I have been working on curating a closet I love over the last year or two. I have tried shopping at different places and am learning more about my own style and preferences. It is helpful to consider what is important to you in your clothing and wardrobe choices.

Listen in to hear Courtney's recommendations for a very minimalist closet! I also share some of my own thoughts and questions about how the process works. We also get to talk about our upcoming book tours and share ideas. We even talk about how to plan clothing for travel. I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did!
