This week, I’m talking with Michele Vinje. She’s been an educator for over 28 years in the same school and the same building for her entire career. She has taught various history and economics courses to sophomores, juniors, and seniors over the years.

In this episode, Michele and I discuss how the education system has changed since the pandemic. Note: I mistakenly said 25% of all people in the teaching profession will be leaving in the next two years. The actual statistic from the NEA is that 55% will be leaving and that’s up from 37% last August. This article from a military veteran explains the situation further.
