General Questions

When you sign up for a course through Organize 365®, the email associated with your purchase will automatically become your sign-in. You will receive an email containing a temporary password shortly after purchase.

No, Organize 365® no longer offers in-home organizing services. Please check out our Certified Organizer Directory as many of our certified organizers also own professional organizing businesses.

Yes, absolutely!

You can purchase each binder individually without being a part of any of our programs.

Sunday Basket Questions

The Sunday Basket® is a basket that Lisa Woodruff created that replaces your to-do list for the week. This system will help you get a handle on DAILY and actionable papers that are floating around your kitchen, car, bedroom, dining room, etc. Most importantly, it will keep the clutter off of the kitchen counters. The basket is 13″ wide x 9″ high and 9″ deep. The velcro attachment inside gives you a bit of flexibility depending on how you attach it. It creates a section that is 2.75″ x 3.5.”

Yes, all customers can purchase slash pockets as stand-alone items. These items are available in our shop. Please note the Sunday Basket® Workshop course is only available as part of our Complete Sunday Basket System. You are welcome to purchase slash pockets only, but you will not receive access to the Sunday Basket® Workshop Course on the dashboard.

The Sunday Basket® Workshop course is only available as part of our Complete Sunday Basket® System. You are more than welcome to purchase just a physical or portable Sunday Basket® in any color or pattern in the shop, but that purchase will not unlock the training on the dashboard.

Once you have purchased the Complete Sunday Basket® System, login to your Dashboard and go to Join the Sunday Basket® Club. There you will find steps to access the Sunday Basket® Club on our community app. 

Once you are part of the Sunday Basket® Club, you will have access to the weekly live co-working sessions and all of the discussion in the group through the online community – not your dashboard.

The Paper Solution® can help you prepare yourself and your loved ones for life’s unexpected events. With your purchase, you will receive:
  • Four physical 2″ D ring ONE touch deluxe binders
  • 1 set each of red, green, blue, and purple slash pockets
  • 1 workbook for each binder: Medical, Financial, Household Operations, and Household Reference
  • Note: You will also receive via email a .pdf file of the binder contents so that you can print additional copies. If you need to update the information, or just need an additional page, simply print another one and pop it into your binder. Editable .pdf files are not available when purchasing binders individually.
  • There are NOT sheet protectors included with this binder. They are shown and referenced in this sample binder only. Business card holders and sheet protectors are sold separately.

No. Unfortunately, due to a history of items being damaged in shipping, we no longer ship the binder shells to final destinations outside of the U.S. You will still receive the inner contents of the binders, just not the 3-ring binders themselves. The Friday Workbox® Questions

The Friday Workbox is a comprehensive organizational solution with everything you need to physically organize your papers and to learn all the skills of being proactive and productive in your work. It is a physical product that stores ideas and assignments to keep your desk free of paper. It also includes online lessons to teach the skill of organizing. Using this external brain ensures that you are spending your time proactively engaged with your work, rather than reacting to the latest crisis. You will learn to track all of your active work, proactively plan your week, and increase the strength of your organizational skills. If you are familiar with the Sunday Basket® System for managing household paper, it will be easy to master your Friday Workbox®. The two share some similarities such as focusing on actionable papers and the use of the 1.0 and 2.0 Slash Pockets. However, Friday Workboxes® is focused on work or passion projects. Organize 365® believes that “work,” paid or unpaid, takes on many different forms, which is why the Business Friday Workbox® is designed to be customizable to your specific role. The system contains a combination of physical and digital learning tools to help you create lasting organizational success in your workspace.

All week long, the Friday Workbox® will capture your actionable papers, to-dos, and other incoming paperwork. Then, at the end of the day Friday, it is time to process, make decisions, and plan your upcoming week. In most business settings, 3 pm is the ideal time. That’s very specific! The last 2 hours of the week is most effectively spent reviewing and planning. Most people are not highly focused at the end of the week, but it is the perfect time to review the current week and prepare for the next week.

The Friday Workbox® generally requires at least one hour of attention every week. For every minute you spend planning, you GAIN five in execution. This means, one hour spent planning and preparing on Friday saves you five hours next week.

Some of you may still be thinking, “But why choose Friday?” and there are two reasons:

  1. Friday is the optimal time to review the current week and plan for what needs to be done the following week. Looking back confirms that all important tasks from this week are either done or rescheduled. Planning ahead ensures a prospective analysis of the upcoming week, and saves time when Monday morning rolls around again.
  2. Thoroughly reviewing the current workload and proactively planning the upcoming week frees your brain to relax during the weekend hours. Establishing habits of responding to emails and confirming future appointments on Friday gives a feeling of completion to the current week. Planning your work schedule for the upcoming week ahead of time means that you can approach Monday ready to begin the work that matters most.

In order to provide education on the Friday Workbox® system, your purchase also includes a dashboard experience with access to multiple training videos. The training videos include information on adapting the Business Friday Workbox®  for corporate, entrepreneur, direct sales, professional organizer, real estate, and volunteer jobs.

We also welcome any Friday Workbox® System purchasers to join us in our exclusive online community, the Friday Workbox® Club, on Fridays from 3:00-4:30 pm EST. Each weekly session is hosted by a Friday Workbox® Certified Organizer. This is an accountability and co-working time to support the effective use of your Friday Workbox®. The sessions are recorded and can be watched on demand.

 

The Friday Workbox® System is a one-time investment and includes everything listed above.

Many people who purchase the Business Friday Workbox® choose to add on a Planning Day or Planning Day Subscription plan.

During Planning Day, you will join professional organizer and productivity expert Lisa Woodruff as she walks you through a LIVE, 4-hour planning session for your Friday Workbox®. Lisa will walk you through cleaning out your Friday Workbox®, building your annual overview, setting your quarterly goals, and mapping out your plan to achieve them. Together with Lisa, you will focus on creating routines and checklists so that you never miss an important deadline. This program is designed to help you set up your new Friday Workbox® Business Goal Planner alongside your Friday Workbox®  to ensure you are prepared for the upcoming quarter.

You are not required to purchase a Friday Workbox® to attend; however, this program is designed to help you set up your new Friday Workbox® Business Goal Planner alongside your Friday Workbox® to ensure you get the right tasks done for the upcoming quarter.
