DEFINITIONS SERVICE Service is the Organize 365 mobile application operated by LKW, LLC PERSONAL DATA Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession). USAGE DATA Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit). KEAP – this service is used for delivery of email updates and newsletters. Additionally, KEAP services the Website’s ecommerce platform. Within KEAP, a visitor may select the type of payment method, which includes Authorize.net, or PayPal. These payment methods may collect personal information, such as name, address, phone number, and email address, for purposes of client communication for order fulfillment.

From time to time, the Website will offer tickets to events, which are available for purchase through Eventbrite. Personal information such as your name and email address, will be transferred to LKW for administering the event. Payment information is processed solely through Eventbrite and is not stored by LKW. At this time, your personal information is not shared with any other third-party applications. This list may be amended from time to time in the Website’s sole discretion.
