Today is the second podcast on my Organize 365 Podcast called Organizing Life's Stages and Unexpected Events.
In today's episode, I talk about life with 2 kiddos under 2! This is a BUSY and EXHAUSTING stage of life! As mentioned in the podcast, the early motherhood years are exhausting and life changing.
Here are a few orgnziational tips I can pass along to you if you are in this stage.
#1 Develop a morning and evening routine.
Some days you can't even remember your own name! Having a list of items you do each morning and each night will add order to your chaotic days.
#2 Make lists.
When we were waiting to adopt Abby, I made a list of all the pictures I took in Joey's first year so I wouldn't miss them in Abby's!
I made a list of each of my kids' first 20 words and put them in their scrapbooks. :)
Make sure you get in some of the pictures!!
#3 Start using systems to stay on top of your paper. This was the season I developed the Sunday Basket.
#4 Hire help if you can. I hired a housekeeper, assistant for my business and a nanny one day a week. :)
The days are long, but the years are short!
