How do I access the Dashboard?

When you sign up for a course through Organize 365, your email automatically becomes your sign in and then we will email you a password.

Do you offer in home organizing services?

No, Organize 365 no longer offers in home organizing services. Please check out our Sunday Basket Workshop Organizer Directory as many of our Sunday Basket Workshop Organizers also own Professional Organizing Businesses.

How do I change my password on the Organize 365 website?

You want to log into the dashboard, then scroll over to the logout button but DO NOT click on it. Hover over it and when "my account" shows up, click there. Then, click on “edit your password and account details.”

I can't find the Productive Home CEO Planner in your Shop. Where can I buy it?

The Productive Home CEO Planner is only available to those in the 100 Day Home Organization Program.

How do I try the 100 Day Home Organization Program Free Week?

Please go to www.organize365.com/Try100.

After you have signed up you will receive an e-mail with your password. After you have logged into your account, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page until you see the purple bar that says Free 100 Day Week. Once you click there, you will see that it says "view". Click on that and the contents of the free week will be found there.

Can I just buy one or two individual binders without joining the program(s)?

Yes, absolutely!

You can purchase each binder individually without being a part of any of our programs.

Do you offer payment plans?

YES!You can purchase the 100 Day Home Organization Program for two payments of $265 or 6 payments of $96.

You can purchase All Access for 6 payments of $186 in the shop. There are several options depending on the color of Sunday Basket that you choose.

Do you accept American Express?

Yes, we accept American Express.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, you can pay for any of our products and programs with PayPal.

Do you offer refunds or discounts?

Sunday Basket Questions

What is the Sunday Basket?

The Sunday Basket is just that! It is a basket that was created by Lisa Woodruff that replaces your to-do list for the week. This system will help you get a handle on DAILY and ACTIONABLE papers that are floating around your kitchen, car, bedroom, dining room, etc. Most importantly, it will keep the clutter off of the kitchen counters.

What size is the Sunday Basket?

The basket is 13" wide x 9" high and 9" deep. The velcro attachment inside gives you a bit of flexibility depending on how you attach it. It creates a section that is 2.75" x 3.5".

Can I order additional slash pockets for my Sunday Basket?

Yes, once you purchase the Complete Sunday Basket System, you will have access in your dashboard to purchase additional slash pockets as needed.

You will log into your dashboard and go to the first teal slash pocket on line 2, called Sunday Basket Workshop. When you click on that, the first option that you see is the option to order additional slash pockets.

If I just purchase a physical Sunday Basket and not the Complete Sunday Basket System, will a slash pocket be opened up for me on the Dashboard?

No. You are more than welcome to just purchase the physical Sunday Basket in any color that is available in the shop but that will not grant you access to the slash pocket on the dashboard where the videos for the Sunday Basket Workshop 1.0 and 2.0 are located. That will guide you through putting your Sunday Basket together and it will not grant you access to purchase additional slash pockets. In order to gain access to those items, you will need to purchase the Complete Sunday Basket System. You can purchase that here.

If I just purchase a physical portable Sunday Basket and not the Complete Sunday Basket System, will a slash pocket be opened up for me on the Dashboard?

No. You are more than welcome to just purchase the physical portable Sunday Basket in either Black or Navy that is available in the shop but that will not grant you access to the slash pocket on the dashboard where the videos for the Sunday Basket Workshop 1.0 and 2.0 are located. You are not eligible for access to the Sunday Basket Club with just this purchase either.

It will not grant you access to purchase additional slash pockets. In order to gain access to those items, you will need to purchase the Complete Sunday Basket System. You can purchase that here.

How do I access the Sunday Basket Club?

As long as you have purchased the Complete Sunday Basket Workshop you are eligible to join the Sunday Basket Club.

You must have a Facebook account to join the group. Many people choose a fake name so that friends, family, etc. can't find them if their only reason for joining Facebook is to participate in the Sunday Basket Club.

Once you are a member of the Private Facebook Group, you will have access to the weekly live Sunday Basket Club and all of the discussion in the group through Facebook - not your dashboard.

What is the 100 Day Home Organization Program?

You can learn all about the 100 Day Home Organization Program here.

The program provides 100 daily steps for you to take back the organization of your home.

Quick instructions on how to tackle each space, slong with 1-2 minute videos of Lisa Woodruff organizing that same space in her home start your 15 minute daily sessions.

When you purchase the program, you will receive the current Productive Home CEO Planner that will guide you through the 100 Days including long term goal setting and planning, monthly checklists, daily top 3 to-dos, and a bookmark where you can constantly be reminded of your goals for that "trimester".

It also includes access to a private Facebook Group where she does a weekly Facebook live on Tuesday mornings at 9 am EST. This group is chock full of encouragement and motivation from other members worldwide who are tackling their home right alongside you.

The 100 Day Home Organization Program is lifetime access. Most members declutter their home the first time, organize their home the second time and gain productivity the third time through the program. We have veterans who have done the 100 Day Home Organization Program ELEVEN times!

Why aren't I receiving the daily emails for the program?

Weekly focus emails are sent out on Sundays to prepare you for the week with all of the weekly challenges included.

If you miss or cannot find one of your weekly emails, they are available inside of your dashboard.

Where can I watch Lisa's Facebook Live Videos?

The 100 Day Home Organization Program bi-weekly videos are live on the first and third Tuesday of the month and then are only available in the private 100 Day Home Organization Program Facebook Group.

Videos are not available outside of the Facebook Group.

We understand that not everyone wants to be on Facebook for various reasons. One option might be to set up an account only to be in the Organize 365 groups. If privacy is your concern, we have members who join under a pseudo name so no one knows it's them and they don't get friend requests, etc. If you choose to use a pseudo name, you must let us know your actual membership name by emailing customerservice@organize365.com so that we can verify your eligibility to join that group. :)

Do I need to purchase or sign up for the 100 Day Home Organization Program again?

Nope! It is a lifetime membership. :)

The weekly emails will restart automatically at the beginning of each round of the 100 Day Home Organization Program and you can purchase additional planners for each round in the shop.

If I buy all three Productive Home CEO Planners, do they all ship at the same time?

Yes! Starting around April 1, you can order a full year (3) of planners at one time and they will all ship together.

Kids Program Questions

What age kids is this program for?

The Kids Program is a comprehensive course which covers the organization needs of kids through young adults. This program contains six lessons and is for ages 0-25.

Can I have 2 or more kids going through the Kids Program at the same time?

Yes! All of your kids can go through the program. However, if you have 2 + kids, you will want to print out the LEARN course checklist so they can physically keep track of the lessons each has accomplished. The online pink checkmark system will only work for one child at a time.

Do I "need" to add the bundle? And do we really need 1 per child?

This course is 100% digital so no, you do not "need" the bundle; however, I do show the bundle products in the videos and reference them throughout the course and each child will use all of their materials minus a few colors of the 2.0 slash pockets. The bundle makes ordering easy for parents and receiving a package fun for kids!

I intentionally developed two products for purchase - the Program (all digital so that we could make it available to our International customers) and the Bundle (all physical products - available in the US only).

I also wanteded to keep the costs as low as possible so as many kids as possible could LEARN the skill of organizing, whether they purchase the tools from Organize 365 or come up with their own creative solutions. :)

Can you explain how the program works with children ages 3, 7, 10 and 13?

Yes, the video above goes through all the stages of a kids life and how the course addresses the organization needed.

Please explain the price discount for 100 Day Home Organization Members

The Kids Program is priced at $299. As a parent myself, I will always invest in my kids first and myself last. I know as a parent, teacher and professional organizer that if you join the 100 Day Home Organization Program FIRST, you and your children will be more successful. As an incentive for you to prioritize your learning, I am giving members of the 100 Day Home Organization Program a special $99 price for the Kids Program.

For those who are 100 Day Home Organization Program members, you will see a $99 option in the Organize 365 Store.

This price is not available if you purchase the Kids Program first. Please purchase the 100 Day Home Organization Program, wait a few minutes and go back in the store, then you will see the Kids Program for $99.

How long will it take my kids to complete the program?

Many details are in the video, but the short answer is ... about a week or two for the "big clean out" in the LEARN program. After the first big clean out, weekly Saturday and Sunday tasks will keep things in order until the 3 x a year clean out which will take a few days.

What kid's things do you organize?

#AllTheThings. :) Seriously! Watch the video to see. This program is very comprehensive.

Is this for boys and girls?

Yes, there are lots of examples for both in all lessons.

Do I have to have taken Sunday Basket® 1.0 and 2.0 to be Certified?

Yes. You must have taken Sunday Basket® 1.0 and 2.0 to be Certified. If you have not already taken Sunday Basket® 1.0 and/or 2.0, you can sign up for the Sunday Basket System here.

How soon can I teach a Sunday Basket® Workshop?

You will be a Certified Sunday Basket® Workshop Organizer as soon as you complete your training, you have signed your contract, and paid your annual certification fee. Training can be completed online in a weekend.

Can I teach my Sunday Basket® Workshops online?

Yes, Certified Sunday Basket® Workshop Organizers may host LIVE online workshops (not recorded) for their audience.

What does the $30 Sunday Basket®1.0 Workshop Fee include and how is it collected?

The Sunday Basket® 1.0 Workshop fee includes a set of 5 Organize 365 slash pockets (purchased in sets of 10 from Organize 365 for $100 US) and a workshop fee for your time.

As a Certified Sunday Basket® Workshop Organizer, you will collect payment and registration from your workshop attendees.

What does the $50 Sunday Basket® 2.0 Workshop Fee include and how is it collected?

The Sunday Basket® 2.0 Workshop fee includes a set of 20 Organize 365 slash pockets (purchased in sets of 5 from Organize 365 for $100 US) and a workshop fee for your time.

As a Certified Sunday Basket® Workshop Organizer, you will collect payment and registration from your workshop attendees.

How long is my Certified Sunday Basket® Workshop Organizer certification active?

Your Sunday Basket® Workshop certification is good for one year. The renewal fee of $475 will be automatically charged to your method of payment each year to maintain your certification and listing in the Organize 365 Professional Organizer Directory.

How often are Certified Sunday Basket® Workshop Organizer Courses offered?

The Sunday Basket Workshop Organizer Certification is usually open 3 times a year.

What other supplies should I have on hand for a Sunday Basket® Workshop?

Each participant will need at least 3 feet of table space to sort their paper. You will need a designated place for trash and recycling paper. It is nice to give each participant their own paper bag for items they will take home and shred. You can buy paper bags at ALDI.

Do I have to be or want to be a professional organizer to be a Certified Sunday Basket® Workshop Organizer?

No, you do not have to be a "professional organizer", but you do have to have a business you are attaching your certification to.

Businesses include:

  1. Any thing with an EIN number.
  2. A checking account with a DBA [doing business as] designation.
  3. or an LLC for your business.

Basically, you are ADDING the Sunday Basket Certification to something you are already doing.

Do I have to have a full blown website to be a Certified Sunday Basket® Workshop Organizer?

No. Some Sunday Basket® Workshop Organizers are using Eventbrite and Acuity to register attendees and link to their listing in the Certified Organizer Directory.
