There’s nothing I love more than interacting with you.
Watching women take back their homes and free themselves to do the work they were uniquely created to do, is my favorite thing.
I know that life brings so many ups and downs. But when your home is organized, it gives you the foundation you need to manage crises when they come and pivot when you need to. Getting your home in order is the first step toward a more peaceful life.
Today, I’m sharing different ways we can do that together. You already know about the podcast (of course!), but did you know I have six other ways we can interact?
The Organize 365 Podcast
Of course, you know about this one!
I love podcasting. And, it seems, my podcast has resonated with you over 3.5 million times!
(I love you guys the most, though.)
Sometimes I keep it light (like this one), and other times I share big, philosophical thoughts I have (like 60 is the new 40). I also get very vulnerable, like my depression story, our journey through infertility and adoption. I’ve shared my research on ADHD in four podcast episodes (94, 95, 96, and 97), which inspired my to write my book, How ADHD Affects Home Organization.
Above all else, I want the podcast to be the place you go to get the motivation you need to reach your organizing goals. It’s easy to listen to a podcast while you work, and I love hearing from women who have binged all 250+ episodes while they tackle their whole house.
If you’re not on my newsletter list, you sure are missing out.
Not only do I give you a brief, bitesize taste of the podcast each week, it’s the first place I share the biggest news and events from Organize 365.
I share links mentioned in the episode, too. Another way to get those is by going to the show notes by clicking on the artwork in your podcast app, or www.organize365.com/podcast for a list of all of the episodes.
But the very best part of the newsletter is that you can hit “reply” and actually talk to me! It’s the first opportunity for a back and forth, one on one relationship with you, which I absolutely love.
I’m not as active on Facebook as I used to be, but I still manage the Organize 365 Facebook Page, where I link to the podcast each week and occasionally go live. I LOVE Facebook Lives because, again, I get to interact with you in real time!
We also have the most wonderful, supportive community over in the Organize 365 Facebook Group. If you’d love a group of uplifting women, organizing advice, and nonstop cheerleading, that’s the place for you.
Instagram is my very favorite social media platform. It’s so much fun! If you’re not following me on Instagram, you are really missing out.
I share every day what’s going on in my business in the feed, but I also hop on Instagram Stories several times a day and share my thoughts on a whole bunch of things. You can also message me that way!
Periodically, I host “blitzes,” which are big bursts of targeting organizing tasks centralized around a theme.
Right now, we are ending the Holiday Blitz
If you missed the Holiday Blitz, don’t worry. Next up is the Out with the Old Decluttering Blitz, starting the day after Christmas!
Where the Holiday Blitz is all about planning, the Out with the Old Decluttering Blitz is all about–you guessed it–getting rid of excess! This one is super fun, and has the potential to be a little competitive (if you want!), so make sure not to miss it!
Both of those ought to propel you well into the new year, so the next blitz is the Back to School Blitz in July. Even if you don’t have children in school, you can still use this fun week to charge your batteries and prepare yourself for the fall season.
As if all of that wasn’t enough, I’ve also brought back the 100 Day Home Organization Program free week! I shared all about that, and why I chose laundry week, in this podcast episode. You have nothing to lose!
I mentioned these are all totally free, right?!
Programs and Courses
You can gain a lot of knowledge and make incredible progress with the above resources. I designed it that way; I want every woman to have access to the things I learned over my years as a professional organizer!
But often times, we come to a point where we need a little more encouragement, accountability, and expertise. It’s been my experience that when I invest money into my education on anything, I get better results. Not only do I get better interaction with the instructor (because being paid allows them to spend more time on the course), but I also find that I’m much more motivated to complete the program. I paid money for this, so that means I’m going to do it!
If you are at that point, and ready to invest, I have five options for you that I know you’ll love. All of the following are lifetime memberships (except for the products, but you do get to keep those forever!):
- All Access, which includes the next three programs, plus two bonus courses, plus the four binders that are sold in our shop;
- 100 Day Home Organization Program, dedicated to transforming your home in one calendar year with 15-minute tasks each day;
- Complete Paper Organization Program, designed to not only organize but functionally change the way you manage paper in your home;
- The Sunday Basket, which includes a physical box, all the slash pockets you need, and a recorded workshop to set it all up;
- Any of our binders and Friday Workboxes, sold in the shop.
I like to think of Organize 365 as a university of home organization. The first five options are like auditing courses. While you will certainly gain the knowledge you need to organize your home, the magic happens when you get that diploma. I won’t actually grant you a diploma with these programs, but you will get something even better: a completely organized home.
While conversing with you via the Internet is awesome, there is nothing like actually meeting in person. I love hugging people in person and hearing about the amazing things they’ve done while getting their home and paper organized!
(And, during live events, we eat great food!)
The 2019 National Convention is going to be an amazing weekend. Part retreat, part workshop, it’s a chance for you and I to gather in one room, talk with each other, and share our goals and wins together. Our homes are not just buildings, and organizing them is not a simple feat. There’s nothing like being at a conference of women who share that philosophy!
More information about the convention will be released as we get closer, but I hope you’ll reserve your spot and join us!
If you’re looking for a practical workshop, I offer those, too!
You can’t physically bring your home to me in Cincinnati for me to organize. But you can bring your paper! So, I’ve created Paper Organizing Retreats, which are incredibly productive workshops where you bring your paper piles and crammed filing cabinets, and leave with a fully organized, fully functional system that works.
No matter how you follow Organize 365 or interact me, know that I am so very grateful for you and all that you bring to Organize 365. I appreciate you so much, and as we roll into Thanksgiving, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for you.
If you tried any of my suggestions, I’d love to see them! Follow me on Instagram and join the Facebook group for more great organizing tips, then share your photos with me by tagging me @organize365 or using #organize365!
