  • 2. Receive your US shipping address from your parcel forwarding provider.
  • 3. Use your US shipping address when you checkout in our Shop.
  • 4. Your order* will be shipped to your US address.
  • 5. Your parcel forwarding provider delivers your order to you!

Do you offer free shipping to my US address?

We offer free shipping on orders of $97 or more.

How do I estimate the size and weight of my parcel so I can estimate shipping cost?
This varies depending on the items ordered. Please email customerservice@organize365.com with an itemized list of the items in your cart, and one of our Customer Success Team members will be happy to provide you with this information.
How long will it take for me to receive my parcel?
We process orders within 3-5 business days and send tracking information via email when your order ships to your US address.
Please contact your international shipping supplier for additional delivery information.
What is your refund/return policy?
No refunds or returns are available for products. Organize 365 has a 90 day replacement policy for manufacturer defects only. see terms
