In the early 1980’s I found myself needing to escape the overwhelm!  I developed and self-published my Organizing Without Agonizing system. Over the past 40+ years, I have taught hundreds of men and women functional organizing.

My passion is helping people who are struggling with juggling to live an “intentional” life.
During the many “ages and stages” of my life, I’ve gained experience as a military spouse/mom/entrepreneur/direct sales leader/ Girl Scout leader trainer/caregiver/and yes, “Warrior Mama.” If you need a guide who has lived (and survived) wearing any (or all) of these “hats,” I’m here to help.

You can find my Wednesday podcast interview with Lisa by searching DebbyeC in the O365 podcast list.  I currently live near Salt Lake City, UT, and work virtually internationally. Spoiler alert- I am still good friends with clients around the world from 40 years ago.  I can’t wait to meet you and solve your paper & productivity problems!

Until recently, I believed that filing cabinets were my best friends.  I could open up my drawers and see everything neatly tucked into a nicely labeled folder.  What I didn’t see was the stacks and stacks of papers from cars, houses, and appliances that I hadn’t owned in years.   Then it hit me…….being organized doesn’t mean that I am being productive in my life.  Enter Organize 365!  The words that stuck with me when I first became a fan of Lisa (aren’t we all?!?) was that she continued to use the phrase, “So you can do what you are uniquely created to do” when referring to the importance of becoming organized.  I believe that with all my heart!  We are all uniquely created to do something in our life.

So this is what I want to help you achieve in your life:  Productivity!!  So you will then have more time to do the things that you want and were meant to do in this life.   Years of being a social worker and having a masters in counseling have taught me how to help people work through some tough times.  Organizing your life and especially going through all the paper in your home will bring up different emotions but we will walk through it together and have so much fun doing it!  It may not be easy at times, but it will be worth your time and effort you put into it.

I can’t wait to start on your journey with you.  Check out No More Mess in Mesa’s upcoming classes involving ways to organize paper in all different aspects of your life!

I am so grateful to Lisa for creating and sharing The Sunday Basket System! It is the answer to controlling the never-ending stream of paper that comes in and out of our homes on a daily basis.  As a certified KonMari Consultant, I coach clients through the process of organizing their homes - and as a result, their lives - by clearing clutter and organizing in order of categories.

The paper category can be extremely daunting and one that requires continual attention. The Sunday Basket System is a valuable tool that provides structure, accountability, and ultimate control over the constant influx of paper.

As we take control of our paper, we take greater control of our lives. Though it might sound dramatic, this is EXACTLY the transformation that has begun in me.

In 2021, I pivoted from a 24-year career as an elementary teacher to entrepreneurship with my own home organizing business. I already knew how to organize. What I didn’t know was how to run a business. Friday Workbox Planning Days guide me through taking big-picture ideas and creating a realistic business plan for each quarter. The Friday Workbox gives me the weekly structure I need to make the quarterly plans a reality.

In the summer of 2022, my mom (who lived out of state) had a stroke. After moving her to be closer to me, I became the coordinator of her rehab and medical care. Enter the Paper Solution Medical Binder. Having my mom’s medical information organized and easy to carry has been invaluable as I set up her various appointments. The Paper Solution binders make what’s important portable

While helping my mom navigate her medical care, my husband’s employer sent him out of the country for three months. Sunday Basket to the rescue! Sunday Basket time reminds me that I’m in charge of my time and my life. Being reminded of this on a weekly basis is powerful.

I’m excited to support you as you take control of your paper and your life. I serve clients virtually, as well as in-person in the Chandler, AZ area.

I’ve always been organized at work. I went from the banking industry into the world of tax/payroll/accounting services. I wear multiple hats as I work among a fabulous corporate team and have been referred to as organized and efficient. On the side, I am a Daily Money Manager, helping others with life admin and financial tasks. However, I was not as organized and efficient in my other life roles: wife, mom, daughter, and caregiver managing a multigenerational household.

Since I've started using the Sunday Basket, I've been able to manage all my roles so much better. I call it my "brain in a box" and it helps free up my own brain to work better. This fancy box is not just a bin for papers, it's the first step to set up a routine to handle the actionable papers. I call it "Life Admin", the work we do that keeps our home and family functioning. It may not be paid work, but it's important. And if not kept up on, can cost us.

In my work, I've seen how stressful paper can be for others too. A lost paper, a tax form, a bank statement with unknown charges, or just the sheer volume of paper that floods in. Action paper, papers that you don't know what action is required, reference, reminders, or memories. Maybe you're in a new season of life, new to adulting, caring for a parent, or a widow. Whatever stage or age, you may need a little help to get a system in place. I'd like to help you.

If you're in my area and interested in some help easing the overwhelm of paper, please get in touch with me. I'd love to connect with you. Whether it's for one conversation, a single workshop, or ongoing guidance, let's make some progress together.

I understand you. I have been where you are! Reactive to proactive? It might sound impossible, but it's not! That is exactly my story and my journey. Organization IS a learnable skill, I have learned it and continue to refine it. That is why I pursued the Organize 365® Paper Solution® Certification and started Show-Me Organizing Solutions, to help others gain the mental clarity and household harmony the Paper Solution® provides.

I went through too many years of spinning my wheels and thinking that I was broken. Too much of the time letting life happen 'to' me...living in reactive mode versus proactive mode, left me exhausted. The Organize 365® products, systems and support have changed my life! Through the Sunday Basket® and Friday Workbox® Systems as well as the Four Essential Binders, I went from mental clutter to mental clarity. I would love to help you learn the skills and make the shift from reactive to proactive living.

Before finding Lisa and Organize 365, I was using the Laundry Basket system.  That’s when you have piles of papers and then you stash everything in a laundry basket when company is coming over.  Before you know it, you have multiple laundry baskets and you don’t know where anything is, and worse yet you let deadlines pass on actionable papers.  Having high school-aged kids and trying to keep up with all their activities and work (especially with virtual school during the pandemic) did not help the situation.

If you are struggling to keep up with your mail, paper, tasks, and too many thoughts in your head, let me help you set up a Sunday Basket.  It’s a “safe place” where you can keep everything organized and can easily find it again.  Systems are only good if you actually use them.  I would love to help you figure out how to apply the Sunday Basket to your life and situation.

Over the years, I have worn many different personal and professional hats.  These varying roles gave me the skills I have today to help others.  I am a teacher first, but have also worked in sales, marketing, and freelance, own a small business, and run a household.

With all of life’s obligations, I have gone through periods where I would get home from work and be too tired to do much of anything else.  I would plan to get everything done on the weekend, but then something more appealing would present itself.  I finally took the time to develop systems to make everything so much easier!  It was a relief!

By using the Sunday Basket, Education Workbox, and Productive Home Solution systems, I became more productive and freed up mental energy, while saving time, money, and frustration.  I look forward to helping you achieve this with these life-changing programs.  Life/work balance and productivity… here we come!
