International Customers

Frequently Asked Questions

While Organize 365 does not ship directly to locations outside of the US, many of our international customers have used third-party shipping providers to receive our products. The most popular providers among our international customers are MyUS, Stackry, vPost, and Ship7. Please note that you will need to research these providers prior to making your purchase from our shop. Customers may be subject to customs, duty fees, or other additional fees that are their sole responsibility.

Products in the Organize 365 Shop will be shipped, with the following exceptions/modifications:

  • Any Binder purchased will not include the 3-ring binder shell. You will receive the inside contents only.
  • Our monthly subscription plans are available to US residents only. 

Please email CustomerService@organize365.com for help estimating your product weight and package size. Please note, final weight and size of package may vary.

Invoices that list physical items only can be provided upon request. 

  • We process international shipments addressed to parcel forwarding providers on Wednesdays each week.
  • Tracking information will be sent via email when your order leaves our facility. For additional delivery information, please contact your international shipping supplier.
  • We triple check your order before shipping.
  • No refunds or returns are available for products. 

We would love to help you receive our products outside the United States and we are happy to answer any questions you have before placing your order. Please contact our Customer Success Team at customerservice@organize365.com with any additional questions. 

*Any binder product purchased will include inside contents only. At this time, we are unable to include 3-ring binder shells in shipments that have final destinations outside of the US. 

*Organize 365 is not responsible for products damaged during shipping. Please note, some materials may become brittle if exposed to extreme temperature changes in flight.

Organize 365® is not responsible for products damaged during shipping when using a Parcel Forwarding Company.

  • Products are inspected for quality prior to shipping, and will NOT be replaced if they arrive damaged. 
  • Some materials may become brittle if exposed to extreme temperature changes in flight. This is especially true of binders. 
  • If you are purchasing binders, you may request the inside contents only by emailing customerservice@organize365.com.
  • No refunds or exchanges are available for products.

Physical products in the Organize 365 Shop are now available for shipping to Canada via UPS at the same cost as within the United States, with the following exceptions/modifications:

White Lattice Binder is not available.

For any physical binder (i.e., Financial Organizing, Household Reference, etc), only the inside contents will be shipped. The 3-ring binder itself will not.

Additional Notes:

All orders should include an email address and telephone number. We will provide this information to UPS when they pick up your package(s) at our office so their broker can contact you with the applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Without this contact information, delivery of your order could be delayed.

Any additional cost that is incurred by the purchaser in order to receive their package once it gets to Canada is their responsibility.
