We sat down to talk about what it is like being a business CEO in the midst of our current world events and economic climate. During this time, there is more personal accountability needed and it is easy to feel alone. However, with a great team and communication business can be just as productive and if not even more productive than before. Although this is not highly organization related, I know that some of you enjoy hearing about what it is like to be a business owner and how I make those decisions.
